When I arrived, the clerk said he couldn't find my reservation and wanted to charge me directly for the room (at a higher rate) I insisted that I had already paid for the room and after a ten minute search on his computer, he finally found my reservation.
The room was OK, but there was no bathmat when I took a shower, and the towels were laid on a rusty rack that had once been chromed but had lost much of its chrome and left rust on the towels. There was no shampoo or conditioner, just watered down soap. I needed to charge my phone and I had to check three outlets to find one that would work. Breakfast consisted of stale muffins.

The property was clean and the room was adequate size. They advertised breakfast, only continental very limited. No iron in room, toiletries were absent. Bathroom fan very noisy. Sink faucet sprayed water at its base. No elevator. Vending machine was known by the propieter to be broke but no sign on it. Propieter would not refund money lost. Not the quality of Wyndham property

I couldn’t get access the room with the key with out receiving assistance from the desk clerk due to key card being damaged. When suggesting a new card I was told to just slide it slowly for access (it didn’t work). The rooms air conditioner wouldn’t fully cool the room. The side door was broken and people could come in through that door at will; at any time. Breakfast was nonexistent, and refrigerator was broken inside of room.

The room was old & dingy. I could never connect to the internet. Phone on the nitestand was not working. No Blow Dryer. Continental Breakfast was a joke.. dry ceral, really. And Wyndham has there name linked to this hotel chain 🙄
Apparently when booking thru ******* to save $$$ on your room they set aside the oldest dingest room for ******* customers.
I did not take pictures but should have.

CAUTION - DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Dirty, stinky, sticky, old. Bedcovers were torn in several places, pillows were stained, sink and faucet were not cleaned, found used towel hanging in bathroom, floors were so sticky you could hear it with every step taken. Outlet in vanity was smashed in and unusable. Room smelled stale, smoky. Had to get room key cards exchanged /reprogrammed twice on first night, and one of them stopped working on second day. DO NOT stay here.

Very clean, great bedding, safe location
We came for Festival International and needed a place to land at night. This was perfect: clean, safe, new mattresses, good pillows, good coffee and a continental breakfast. We loved that it had wood laminate vs carpet, The refrigerator was big enough for all the drinks we brought. 10/10 we’ll stay here again. Zero complaints.
