Staff is not at all friendly or welcoming. Breakfast is horrible, they even ran out of plates, coffee machine was not working, we decided to get breakfast in town instead. For 400$ a night you would expect a descent hotel, with functioning A/C in the room (of course it did not work) Walking on the floor makes many creaking sounds and the walls are thin so you can hear everyone. Would never stay here again. Anywhere else in the world $400 would give you a true 3 star maybe even 4 star experience, this was horrendous. Not 3 stars more like 1. Avoid at all costs.

I am unaware of any of our coffee machines that are inoperable, I have checked them all. We also have on-site maintenance that could have quickly corrected your A/C issues. I am hoping your experience does not reflect our standard stay.

Terrible. Dirty, old fixtures that don't work
First, Cliff, the front desk person, was wonderful. He gets 5 stars. The hotel itself? Not good at all. It was like putting. Afresh coat of paint on a rusted out 70 year old car. The room 2102 was in very bad condition, "jet tub" was scraped all over, was filthy and then didn't even work after filling it for an hour. Ceiling tiles were a mess. Everything was terrible. He switched our room to 2114.. it was updated more than the previous room, but we were grossed out. This hotel chain needs to step it up a notch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Incompetent technical service.
I deserve some kind of refund. Showed up to check in at 3 and was unable to because of an internet problem. I called many times and got no answer. I had to completely change my plans it caused me to drive 30 minutes out and back. When I came back the office was closed and my key was in an envelope on the office door.

酒店回复: We are very sorry you experienced problems during your stay. The outage lasted about 90 minutes, and we could not reach you after. With office closing at 11, we had to leave your key out so you could get in. Hopefully you can come back when these issues are corrected.

The only thing I didn't like was that the swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was not in use.

Rooms were nice, very clean lived the mini coffee maker. could use a mini fridge. Not sure but should be a 10pm quite time rule.room next door blasting tv till 11.
