离metro，trams都很近，交通方便。
超市走过去大概5分钟，购物也方便。
唯一就是入住时另外收了我300刀的押金，已经3天了，还没有退还给我。

前台工作人员真的非常友善，我的航班被取消了，眼看就要在他们下班前赶不上，他们仍然热情地接待了我。我很喜欢电子门禁系统，让我感觉非常安全放心。如果我再来这里，一定会再次入住。
公寓地理位置优越，方便搭乘火车和电车，周边餐厅众多。公寓设施齐全，厨房设备齐全，配备标准尺寸冰箱和洗衣设备（如有需要）。钥匙系统安排非常便捷。接待人员高效友好。我唯一想提出的改进建议是为长期入住提供中期服务。我强烈推荐这些公寓。
每次入住都很愉快，房间很棒（很划算），床很舒服，房间里的爆米花也很贴心！手机钥匙是个新主意，所以我有点担心我的电池电量是否足够，下班后还能再回来，而且我的入住记录也被抹去了。不过总的来说，这是一次轻松愉快的住宿。
设备需要维护/经常发生故障
总体而言，我们在南雅拉区住得相当不错。有几件事情让人恼火，那就是公寓里的设施和设备。看起来设备已经老旧了，需要适当的维护。
- 烹饪炉灶/灶台一直有问题，4 个燃烧器中有 2 个的火花装置有故障。我们不得不请求维修人员检查，经过几次尝试，我们得到了一个解决方法，即使用不同的燃烧器旋钮来产生火花，使用不同的旋钮来释放气体。这很烦人。
- 洗碗机经常无法按预期工作，向碗碟喷水的转子没有按预期旋转。维修人员必须时不时地修理它。
- 马桶的冲水管不断漏水。虽然这不是一个严重的泄漏，但它很烦人，因为它总是发出持续的滴水声。我们通知了维修人员，但几次之后，我们放弃了。
因为我已经住了一个月，忍受了这些烦恼，所以我应该得到相应的补偿。如果您能向酒店提出此事，我们将不胜感激。
位于市中心，公共交通便利，周边餐厅林立，绿地众多，人流稀少。酒店本身看起来和感觉都很干净，但有一股浓重的化学气味。
