The people above our room#126 came in late at night and were banging on the floor and yelling and arguing for a long time.Then at 2 am a drunk couple were outside our door yelling loudly for a long time.. sleep was impossible. Don’t have loud tv in the dining area at breakfast. The person at check in was good and helpful. The woman tending the breakfast area was very good.

I stayed one night with my kids for a college visit. Overall the room served its purpose as a place to sleep, but it smelled like cologne and was musty. The door to the shower/toilet wouldn't close, the air-conditioner was loud and didn't work very well and even though there was a microwave (which was nice to have) the turntable plate had some kind of sticky liquid on it, milk maybe? The people at the front desk were nice enough at check in and check out, no complaints there but the room could've been cleaner.

Staff very pleasant, gave me fresh towels
room 243. The bed light on one side was out, the shower curtain did not keep the water in the tub shower so had to use towels to mop up the floor. However, when I saw a housekeeper and asked for towels, she got them for me right away and I mentioned the curved up curtain rod keeps the shower curtain in the middle unable to prevent spray getting on the floor. Could not figure out the heating/cooling as seems set on 75 for heat, and 65 for cooling which made getting 70 degrees impossible so I just turned it off. Could not sleep well as people were outside one floor down talking loud enough that I couldn't drown out with my sound machine

Upon entering the room the smell of urine hit us. You could see light through the door making it very noisy.

This was a motel, not a hotel as the pictures make it out to be. You get what you pay for... This place is renovated and clean but the swing over lock on my door was broken which made us slightly uneasy but everything ended up fine. We did shove the heavy arm chair interesting if it for for added security to ease it minds. Free breakfast, lobby is clean and accommodating. Comfortable bed, room had a fridge and microwave which was a nice surprise. In all, although this was not what I thought it was... It worked out just fine and the room was comfortable. Id go again and would recommend for the comfort and price

一切都很好，但是我不得不搬了两次家，因为迷你冰箱即使在最低温度时也会冻结我的所有食物和饮料。两个房间都有问题，维修人员来了，但问题还没有解决。我不得不扔掉一些食物，因为冷冻和加热后味道不好
对于需要游览北安普顿的人来说，这里的位置不错。它靠近 I-91，但又不会堵塞。这里的人、工作人员和酒店住客都很友好。我想要的频道（尤其是 PBS）的电视接收效果不是很好。
