Delightful little hotel! The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the breakfast bar each morning had great choices - egg bites, fresh oatmeal and avocado toast, amongst others. The hotel was just a mile walk to shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for a family weekend trip
Lovely staff and great for families. Guest rooms are a little tired and the bathrooms could use renovations - clean but very tired. Lobby was a great spot to hang and meet other guests, snacks and breakfast were great.

房间门口可以停车。步行3分钟就能到smith college门口。前台服务很周到。认真介绍钥匙使用方法。有免费早餐。
送孩子去史密斯学院上夏校，这家酒店最近就定了，没想到房间小的要命，而且2楼还只能走楼梯上去，没有电梯，搞得我要搬那么重的行李上楼梯。第2天竟然没有人收拾卫生，我跟前台讲的时候他说搞卫生的人已经走了，我要求至少换毛巾吧，这个要求还是被满足了，原来搞卫生的人也不是酒店专有的。早餐的品种也很少。前台不是24小时有人。回来接孩子就换酒店了。
物超所值，干净，舒服。
房间还挺大，也挺干净。只是早饭偏简单。
房间很大，床很大很舒适。停车场很宽敞，位置也不错。除了咖啡24小时有饮用热水和茶供应，还有牙签。早餐略简单。
世界各地旅行几十年来住过的性价比最差的酒店，没有之一！
房间设施配不上这个价格——没有舒适的椅子，放行李的地方也不多，电视里的付费频道也看不了。但员工很友好，房间很干净，地理位置也不错。
我们住在楼下入口外的一间客房，感觉很像老式汽车旅馆。如果您喜欢把车停在门口，这倒是个不错的选择。不过，酒店的墙壁和设计隔音效果很差，我们一直能听到楼上楼下邻居的动静。这间老旅馆的房间略有翻新，浴室里有些霉斑，但总体来说还算干净——洗浴用品也升级了。如果您个子矮或者行动不便，这里的床比一般床要高，这是新英格兰地区常见的床型。床边的边柜也比较宽，所以上下床不太方便。我们之前也住过埃勒里酒店，楼上的房间其实更糟糕。
大部分员工都很友善。我因为连夜开车送亲戚去医院，所以一大早就到了。当我提出中午入住时，被告知要额外支付50美元，因为我是通过*******预订的，但我用*******只是因为我是前一天晚上预订的。晚上8点到早上8点，前台一个人都没有，更别提有人帮忙预订了。
我固执地拒绝支付50美元提前两小时入住，因为房间明明空着，所以我和生病的亲戚只能睡在停车场的车里。真是太没品了。我在酒店工作过，我知道提前入住很麻烦，但酒店其实并没有增加多少成本，而且对提升宾客服务很有帮助。我来这里只是因为地理位置好。我更喜欢哈德利的万豪酒店。
