Wished we’d read more reviews about the rather stuffy hotel. Receptionist was very abrupt and not welcoming at all. (Security guards had been wonderfully chatty however!). The fact that upon check in you are handed a card with what is appropriate to wear just did not make the stay a relaxed one. The rooms are also rather dated and had some very weird light fixtures. The internal hallway light took a while to work out how to turn off.

Heat didn't work in room, it was freezing and parking is $30. Other than that the hotel is beautiful, the rooms aren't bad I guess. Looks like an old school New York room from back in the day. Watch your step when going in and leaving the bathroom

停车有点让人困惑，因为酒店后面就有一个很大的停车场，但办理入住后我不得不把车停到旁边的一栋楼里，这笔费用是意料之外的。不过，酒店、地理位置、房间和酒吧都很棒。有点令人不安的是，我发现酒吧里的每个人都互相认识，他们其实是俱乐部会员而不是住客，不过我想酒店的名字早就应该提醒我这一点了。

我以为大堂和安保会延续到房间。房间家具的状况令人失望——需要彻底翻新。油漆剥落，灯坏了，地毯清洁度也令人怀疑。我很喜欢房间保留了原有的木制品和门。工作人员态度冷淡，几乎没有礼貌。
我住过芝加哥运动俱乐部酒店，和密苏里酒店简直是天壤之别。考虑到价格，我本来以为房间条件会更好。结果我们马上就发现浴室水槽的排水管堵了，维修人员过来修好了。淋浴间非常小，水温也只有一个档位。我们一日游回来后，清洁人员打开了一扇窗户，房间里冷得要命！暖气片坏了，我打电话到楼下，他们告诉我只有气温达到50华氏度（约10摄氏度）才会开暖气，而且暖气是按楼层分配的。考虑到价格，我本来期望会更好。不会再去了，附近好酒店太多了。

这是一个非常特别的地方，捕捉了120年前圣路易斯的所有辉煌。这是一家位置极佳的酒店，服务一流，装修典雅。需要进行一些小的改造
酒店的安保措施让人放心，员工服务总体来说也很棒。
