The room I stayed in either smelled like mildew or urine. There was mold on the carpet and the side of the refrigerator. I encountered a round bug in the bathroom and there were stains on the blankets. Felt uncomfortable touching anything during my stay.

I liked the fact, they switched rooms with no problems to accommodate us(my son is in a wheelchair), reserved room was on the 2nd floor, and no elevator property. I have a couple of negative thinks, I was told "that more food was on the way" at 8 and it never came. I believe Breakfast was from 6:30-9. We had a Double bed room/2 adults 2 kids - room only had 2 sets of towels - Should have 4 sets.

WE had to accommodate your reservation to downstair thus there were not enough towels for all your guest. Just request at the front desk for any assistance. We ended up in a smokers room . Nowhere on my booking did I see anything about a smoking room, but the dust said I booked the smoking room and there was no non-smoking rooms available. They tried to make it right the next day, but by then it was too late so in the future, could you put in bold letters, whether the room is smoking or non-smoking.

This Hotel was so outdated it was unlivable. The carpet smell from mildew it was dirty. The bedsheets were dingy and wrinkled. The Place stink so badly. I could not spend one night there. I’m requesting a refund because the Place was unlivable.

The pillows were terrible. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The people above us were super noisy. This hotel needs a lot changes.

Horrible experience
The room was dirty. The carpet stuck to my shoes. The bed felt like I was sleeping on box springs. During the night someone tried to beat in the door of the room next door. Scary.

Old, and nasty
Filthy. This room was not cleaned prior to my stay. Half empty bottle of tea in the refrigerator and an empty tea bottle between the bed and nightstand. Hair in the bathroom and sheets. Just overall nasty and worn out. Not kept up over time.
