We have stayed here several times. The staff are always great and our room is always clean. A/C is cold and water is hot. We will always stay here when we are in the area. When we go to Galveston we come back to Webster for the hotels, shopping, dinning and night life.

This hotel when I booked was a la Quinta and had changed hands - it is not a place I would recommend. The breakfast is minimal, not replenished and is awful. On the second day I didn’t even bother!!! The staff were ill trained and not customer focused.

Restaurants are nearby and staff is super friendly and helpful! We had to extend our stay by 3 weeks instead of 1… very family friendly

Excellent hotel and staff is very friendly. Everything was clean and they did my beds after the first night as requested. The pool could use a bit of updating but overall a great experience. Breakfast was great as well!!
