Throw pillows instead of real pillows on bed, weak water pressure, warm water, trains all night accross the street and hotel located in a truck stop. Worst hotel I've stayed at in quite a while.

There is a train very close. Only woke me up once because room was decently insulated.
Shower water pressure very low.
Bed very comfortable.
They were skimpy with the towels. More towels in room would have been nice.
Front desk personnel very nice.

The floor in the room was filthy. I walked barefoot and could feel grime on the carpet. I washed my feet and the water was black, even though I had worn shoes and socks all day. The hall carpet had dirty spots as well. The room amenities were lacking; no lotion, no face wipe, no soap dish.

The front desk lady was excellent! Very helpful and cooperative. I'm sorry I can't remember her name.

Our hair dryer didn't work and couldn't use tv because there was no cord attached to the box

It was comfortable and staff there were great.
The rooms comfortable but some small things like the window was found to be open, screens torn, drapes torn..but all minor things.
早上7点，他们敲了两次我的门，还打电话到我房间，说是要进行水管维修？！我真是太不高兴了。而且火车一直从旁边经过，垃圾车早上6点就来了。我的睡眠完全被毁了。
