I needed a sleep-over motel close to the airport. The free shuttle was a good start, with no delays. It was a fast check-in to my spacious and nice room. In the morning, I enjoyed a free breakfast with a variety of choices, including a waffle maker.
I had a fast checkout and a free shuttle ride back to the airport. The motel is close to the airport in a nice area of Charlotte. The staff were attentive and it was nice having a 24 hour front desk. That is a must when checking in late.

Everything was great considering I booked a last-minute stay due to a missed connection at the airport. My only complaint is I requested a 10 AM shuttle to the airport and was told he will be five or 10 minutes late. He showed up at 10:15 and as I went to get into the van, he proceeded to sit down and we did not leave until 1035! I was cutting it very very close from my flight

Not good customer
I was stuck and had a flight cancel forced to stay overnight. No one would answer the phone at the desk after calling for the shuttle from airport per hotel direction after booking the room and that number just gave you a busy tone. So forced to pay for cab. Then this morning trying to get the shuttle back they had me wait till 6:30 and my flight left at 7 so again another taxi ride. Spent 75 dollars for two taxi rides and just a massive inconvenience on top of already being frustrated with the airlines.

Clean, modern, well maintained, comfortable. There is another nearby Hyatt Place at "Arrowood," which is sort of under renovation and rather old and tired. This one (Billy Graham Parkway) is better than the other one.

房间很宽敞，有小厨房、客厅和书桌，感觉就像一个套房。早餐是套餐，可以自己做的华夫饼特别好吃！现在似乎越来越多的酒店不提供早餐或不收取早餐费用，因此看到包含早餐令人耳目一新。我们不能借到额外的衣架，这有点令人失望。
位置便利，靠近超市。机场附近如果能有免费的接驳车就好了，不过由于很多人一大早就出发，如果早餐前就开始Don Link服务就好了，即使不能吃早餐。
