They're very wonderful people and helpful to every need. From the Hotel management to the front desk employees they are the most well mannered, most understandable, very helpful and kindness people i have ever stayed up under. Thank you guys so much!!

Filthy walls, carpets, shower, rooms, lobby. My son said he could not stay there and sleep so we had to get accomodations elsewhere. I had to pay for the room according to your policy but I will never go to a Days Inn anywhere and will tell everyone I can of my terrible experience with your brand. Completely unacceptable to charge money for those filthy accomodations, you should be ashamed.

Stay away. Room reeks of cigarette smoke, room is filthy with dirt on walls and curtains. They give you one pillow for a king size bed and the comforter had burns on it. Walls of the bathroom were patched with literal napkins and a door stop with scotch tape. Table leg fell off as soon as I sat down. The chair was literally so filthy and full of cigarette burns I wouldn’t even sit my travel bag on it. Toilet wouldn’t even flush because the pressure was so bad. They advertise having free breakfast but as soon as you walk in it looks like a demolition site with one small table and chairs and zero food offerings. If I had to do over I’d sleep in my car.

I was switched to a better room but, there were plumbing issues with the first room I was given. The manager was polite and professional. I just wished the property was as polished as she was .

Room was not great. Bathroom could’ve been better. The room smelled like cigarettes which was a non smoking room. AC unit didn’t cool the room. No microwave in room. Fridge definitely need replaced.

It was my first time staying at this property. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. I definitely enjoy my stay at this Days Inn property. I am new to this hotel brand, and I enjoyed the staff ability to go all out to make my stay enjoyable.

It was an unexpected trip for a family member. I booked them a room at the Days Inn Charlotte Northlake. I was greeted by the guest service agent, and she was very friendly and polite. Although they stayed for one night. They enjoyed their stay at this property.

We were stuck in Charlotte driving back to Atlanta due to an accident on the highway late at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay at this property in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SAVE YOURSELF PLEASE. I'D RATHER STAY IN A CRACK HOUSE. It was dirty, filthy, disgusting, nasty. I almost cried walking in there. The shower was dirty with hair in it. Even the towels had hair on EVERY SINGLE ONE. Dirty socks behind the bed and ROACHES
