Room was very dirty and bugs flying everywhere. Bed was dirty, bathroom, tub, jacuzzi was covered in dirt. AC was nice though. Parking was okay

Aside from the hair in the towel, lack of hot water in the sink the room, and the mysterious purple stain in the shower, the room was exceptional! The carpet was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and warm. Would and will stay here again

Was looking for a low budget place for an overnight while attending an event.
Building overall dated but room was clean and comfortable.

My room was absolutely filthy!! After a long day of work I got to this hotel late and checked in. Walked up the stairs to the room, which the structural intergrity of the floor leading to the room has some real issues. Entered the room instantly sent me into a coughing fit. Than I turned and looked at the molding around the entrance door and noticed it had been kicked in, broken piece nailed back into the wall. Hardware stores carry the molding for like $20.00. I slept in my car in hotel parking lot. This hotel doesn't issue refunds for a reason. The owner nice but, hotel is absolutely disgusting. Ash tray right in the room for the smokers!

The owners are very friendly and they have the perfect location for Highmark Stadium and we decided to stay an extra few days after the preseason game between the Bills and Giants and it was very easy to get to Niagara Falls Buffalo Salamanca Hamburg and the Erie County Fair and food places will always try to stay here during NFL games
