There was no microwave in my room, but my brother‘s room had a microwave. This is just very disappointing to me. Other than that. We had a good time. Thank you.

They had no coffee cups available. I used the provided cereal cup, but it slipped out of my hand and spilled onto the table.

Night staff. I didnt get her name but she was super rude. Rolled her eyes at me. She was habing a conversation about her personal life and didnt wanna accommodate me.

Thank you for following up. The staff was kind and welcoming, but I did experience several issues with my room. I booked my room days in advance and was given a total at the time of booking. However, when I checked my account afterward, I noticed that I had been overcharged.
I originally reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room I received was a handicap-accessible room, which I did not request, and when I pulled back the covers while sanitizing, I found spiders in one of the beds. I was then moved to a second room where the bed was unmade and the linens were still dirty. The third room I was moved to had one bed and a pullout sofa, which again did not match my reservation. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner.
After a long day of traveling and attending my son's game, we were exhausted and did our best to make the situation work. However, I was not....and still am not.....pleased with having to settle for something different from what I reserved and paid for.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it can help improve future guest experiences. Thank you.

The desk clerk was very rude. She looked like some person from the street and she did nothing to assist us. She was rude And offered nothing. SheShe

There is no microwave stand and it sits on a luggage carrier slanting backwards. The refrigerator was on the floor under a desk. Very uncomfortable to reach down to it.
There is no Keurig coffee maker.
In the bathroom the sink has no vanity that you can place your things under.
It just isn’t a very comfortable room. It was clean and had multiple towels etc.

Yes room was clean, was pet friendly, thank you! Parking was good. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk, so I went to restroom. One stall out of order, both stalls out of TP. Not a good start! Upon returning to desk had to yell out “hello” to get someone. Room only had half the furniture in it that it was supposed to. At breakfast yogart and juice machine was broken and that was what I wanted!
