The room was very clean, sheets and towels were great, but the overall condition of the room was poor condition. A few of the cabinet fronts were either gone or badly damaged. For close to $200, I was very disappointed. Also, since they do seem to be renovating the building, there was a dumpster removal truck with all the beeps at 6am on a Saturday, which was frustrating!

The hotel was very dirty, it smelled like **** and smoke, there was hair everywhere in our room, the fire alarm were ripped off the ceiling, the dresser was broken, there was mold several places in the bathroom, the sheets were ripped and thin and itchy, the pillows were super flat, everything felt gross to touch. The carpet looked and felt dirty and the toilet and bathtub were dirty too, the breakfast was lame. Customer service wasn’t very helpful. The only thing that was good was the air conditioner and the fridge.

这家酒店急需整改。我们一走进房间就闻到一股异味,浴室也很脏。浴缸里有斑点,我们一开始以为是永久性污渍,但洗了个澡后就消失了。
预订信息上写的是设施齐全的厨房,配有大尺寸冰箱、炉灶和微波炉。但遗憾的是,这个所谓的“设施齐全”的厨房里连一个杯子、勺子或盘子都没有。真的什么都没有。当我们打电话给前台时,他们说厨房用品是先到先得,所以没有多余的了。
第二天早上我们就退房了,换了另一家酒店。再也不会来这家了。
酒店地理位置不错,威斯汀、万怡等大品牌酒店都在附近。可惜这家酒店维护得很差,管理也很混乱。服务几乎是形同虚设。浴室的换气扇坏了,房间里有股很重的霉味。我完全不推荐这家酒店!管理层真的需要好好反思一下如何改进了!
房间设有带冰箱的小厨房。如有需要,可配备烤面包机、咖啡机等。交通便利,可通往95号州际公路,是一日游的理想选择。大堂早晨供应咖啡和茶。此外,还提供松饼、燕麦棒和速溶燕麦片。
