The room was very clean. The breakfast could have a little better selection. The orange juice was I believe Tang not Orange Juice.
I would stay there again next time I’m in the area.

When I walked to my room, there was garbage on the ground, gum and cigarettes everywhere outside and the property generally looked dirty and not well taken care of. There was a massive gap in the door which caused a cold draft and let bugs in. The room smelled like pee. There was dirt and scratches on the floor and stains on the sheets. The cleaning lady knocked on my door over and over after I repeatedly told her no service needed, then she opened the door without my permission and I had to tell her for the 5th time please leave me alone because I wasn’t feeling well. I was originally planning to leave this place after the first night because of this entire experience, but then I also got sick and had to leave regardless. They refused a refund after all this. I will not be returning.

TV - it would be helpful if it was wall mounted. Especially for seniors.
There was a problem with the toilet. When we arrived and used the toilet for first time - the H2O pooled to the top. We tried calling to report this from the room the phone was dead! NO PHONE SERVICE. We tried calling from our mobile - NO ANSWER.
Lastly, there was a baby roach on the toilet. I carry wipes with me for cleaning issues but...YUKE!!
Not being able to reach the office by phone was a huge issue. I've never had this happen in all my travels.
There are always outliers and if absolutely necessary I would stay there again.

S0 called french toast was cold. Eggs were awful first night no toiletries no coffee pot hard to get into shower. Step over the tub too hogh. Will not stay again

I was expecting better quality since it was over $70. The tub wasn’t that clean, it had hairs in it. The sink and toilet was a little dirty too. I was not use to the television being on a timer. Thirty minutes of watching it is ready to turn off. No tv guide, clock or iron. I only stayed one night so I didn’t bother changing rooms.
