I will never stay at this chain again. The room did not have hot water to take a shower for either night I stayed. I asked to have the water looked at. Still did not have hot water.
The room itself came with the bathroom window open and the AC was on. Not bad for 40 degree outside weather.
When I went to check out, a young looking person was at the front desk. He seemed as if he was sleeping. I had to knock on the desk to get his attention. I said I needed to check out. He came across as uninterested and seemed to go back to sleep. I didn’t have to time to wait and simply left.

The customer service was horrible and the rooms were not up to par. The staff were very disrespectful. I would not recommend.

这家很差，设备老旧，走道全部都是****，免费的吸到饱，早餐没东西，是没东西没东西，说三遍！
我和家人昨晚睡得很好，而且很享受附近有CVS和星巴克这样的商店🥰❤️
房间简直糟糕透了，臭气熏天，床单上有污渍，马桶也坏了！
没有其他房间了，我们深夜才离开去找别的地方住！
温德姆酒店集团应该为与这种地方扯上关系而感到羞耻。
