At the time of check out, nobody was at the desk and we waited quite awhile and still nobody came, so we went back to our and just left the key there!
Breakfast was not all that great either. Minimal choices.

The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned following the prior guest. The front desk staff remedied it quickly, but it was unfortunate to have occurred in the first place. The included breakfast was pretty sad. We arrived just half way through the available hours and found the options to include 2 yogurt containers in the mini fridge, one single piece of fresh fruit (a tangerine), cold cereal, and the waffle maker. There were some assorted breads that could be toasted. That is it. It was affordable and we were there only to sleep a few hours after a concert, before driving 3 hours home, so it was okay. Just okay.

They put $100 on my charge card for security for damages or stolen property. I left the hotel, clean and in complete way i entetef.
They will not give my deposit back, im fighting for my money back, but they won't talk to me. Never stay in quality inn again.

Nothing really! Like I said the second shift staff, name Zerick was rude and unprofessional! I didn't have a working phone in my room, and when I said something to him about it, his response was"I don't know what to tell you".Then he said I can call the manager. And when he did, he told her "I'm sorry to bother you, but we have a guess here who's complaining because he doesn't have a working phone in his room" . I could go on and on about his behavior, but you should be able to see the picture by now. Overall it was a terrible experience. And when I talk to someone about being compensated in some kind of way, I got nothing!

The price makes sense
It was OK at best. The A/C didn't work, the room wasn't kept up as it should have been. We found dried blood on the curtains and the window wouldn't shut all the way. Good thing it wasn't winter lol. At least the fridge was a decent size and kept our stuff nice and cold. The breakfast was OK too but i would have loved to have had eggs or some kind of protein.
The staff was really nice though.

Room was non smoking but smelled like smoke.
I went to local Home Depot and bought some Odor absorbers and a plug in air freshener.
Made it ok but not great.
Will not likely stay here again.

Very outdated. Peeling wallpaper, smelled musty.
Breakfast was 2 types of bread, yogurt and waffles. Very disappointed
太糟糕了,泳池根本没有开放时间表,或者说晚上8点就关了,真的非常过时。因为我用的是借记卡而不是信用卡,他们竟然多收了钱,我想取消预订,但他们不让取消,尽管他们的广告宣传是错的,非常不满意。卫生间也不行,这家酒店太多地方都不对劲了!!!
