We have renovated the lobby and outside of the hotel this last year. Room renovations are scheduled for October. We would welcome you to come see the changes.

This was a wonderful and reasonably priced stopover, after we attended a Bills game. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The hotel location is right off the Batavia exit for the NYS thruway, which is so convenient!

Staff used an ozone machine and failed zo airout zhe room. We were overcome with fumes and had to wait 2.5 hours to use the room.

Quite little hotel need some updates but nothing major…was fairly clean with lots of parking.checking in was a breeze

Clean & pleasant. Beware if pet allergies.
Check-in took about 30 seconds, the room was clean and spacious. It appears that the entire hotel has been upgraded and they’ve done a very nice job. The staff were all friendly and cheerful.
The only complaints were that the elevator was out of service, and a chirping smoke detector in the hallway continued all night, even though earlier we twice asked to have it looked at.
Overall, it was a very nice stay for the money. Just beware that if you have pet allergies, it might not be for you. Although they claim that special cleaning protocol is in place in rooms where pets have stayed, I woke up sneezing my head off, which never happens to me. I’m sure was due to lingering cat hair.

提前两个月预定，到了酒店告知没房，在我们一个团队已经卸下行李的基础上又重新装上行李去了他们安排的其他酒店，虽然那个酒店还不错，但是这个做法很让人讨厌。
干净整洁，新装修的酒店，所有设施都很新。早餐还不错，工作人员非常热情友好。
这是一家新装修的酒店。很多设施都还很新，非常干净。他们提供早餐、24小时咖啡，价格也很便宜，62美元加税（我住店时是淡季）。这大概是我25年来住过性价比最高的酒店了。如果你在布法罗-罗彻斯特地区，我强烈推荐它。（我得补充一下，我来自纽约市，那里的酒店非常贵，而且城里很多酒店都不新了）
酒店设施简陋，但干净整洁，维护良好。根据评论和我们支付的价格，我知道这是一家简陋的酒店，但满足了我们的需求。我们住在219房间，整晚都能听到交通噪音，所以要求一间面向停车场的双数房间。早餐简单但美味——炒鸡蛋配香肠、华夫饼、松饼配吐司、燕麦片、麦片和水果。
总体来说，价格合理，物有所值。
房间有些陈旧。房间需要修缮……入口和浴室门上有很多碎片、划痕和凹痕。大部分小修小补都被忽略了。总体来说，酒店状况良好，工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。房间真的很小！
