Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. We were there for 3 nights and were not provided any house keeping services for our entire stay. We only had two towels to begin with when we got there.
Water was seeping up between the tiles in the entry way and the carpet was damp and stick.
When we checked. Out we were billed over $300 a night for the first two nights and $200 for the third.

We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed after a fun day at Darien Lake. The breakfast was very good we filled our bellies and had the energy to make the trip back home. Even though we didn’t want to leave.

We needed a place to stay overnight after a concert. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly. The coffee is good.

It was a very clean hotel! There was a group of us for travel baseball tournament. We booked this hotel for the pool so the kids could swim after long day of playing ball. The pool was closed for maintenance one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the pool.
