The remodeling job is fantastic. Especially the light airy beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed the room with the sitting area and the two TVs.

Unfriendly staff, dirty old beds, noisy room: you could hear everything in tha hallway, in the other rooms: people walking, loud TV's on, showers taking place, toilettes getting flushed, conversations, dirty bathroom, smelly room. Absolute nighmare. I could not sleep for two nights. At the desk, the evening I checked in I was treated like dirt as if I was getting a free room.

It is a lovely hotel, easy to park in, staff seemed courteous. We only stayed one night. Rooms were nice and clean. Very nice morning breakfast with good hours.
Our only complaint was there was no elevator service and our room was on the second floor and we did not have overnight bags so lugging our suitcase up that flight was a bit time-consuming lol we are senior citizens and it took awhile.

I don’t know what her name was but the lady who made sure breakfast foods stayed filled up this morning was very friendly. Also the desk attendant the night before around midnight. Both smiled and that means a lot. It was a bit noisy coming from the other rooms around us but not much staff can do about that. Elevator was out of order so thankfully we were 2nd floor and not 3rd as we are older.

We did not end up checking in and stayed elsewhere. Area around hotel was rough and saw 2 police cars head into parking lot of hotel as soon as we arrived. Woild like to be refunded?

Love the pool which seems to have salt water now❤️. Close to downtown Batavia- highly recommend Main Street Pizza btw. Lots of other dining and shopping options as well. Directly across from the thruway entrance means ez access. The breakfast is fairly typical with cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt and some toaster options. We stay here every time we visit family in Batavia.
