The front desk could use room for important. Got in late around 1 AM and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Stayed at a hotel for a special event and was late because our room didn’t have a blow dryer. Called the front desk and had to follow up 30 minutes later because I didn’t hear back. Told me it was best if I run to the store to get a blow dryer. I was flabbergasted what I heard. Couldn’t find one blow dryer in the dang hotel? So my mom had to take matters in her own hand and found housekeeping. Housekeeping were the real MVPs they were able to find a blow dryer. The front desk could do better and problem solve. Customer service was lacking this weekend. Reached out through ******* and haven’t heard anything.

The room was decent but if you are going to relax don’t stay on the 1st floor the noise level was crazy starting at 5am sounded like construction was happening every morning. Check in was great and the room was mediocre.

I made it into my room and was ready to shower… when I found 2 used needles sitting on top of the fire alarm… the room was not fully cleaned and I’m glad I didn’t have my family with me for this stay. Used drug needles should NEVER be left in rooms. The cleaning of each room is very important.

Staff is friendly. Room is generally clean. The hotel is still old even after remodeling. Sign of water damage around window and some smell in the room.

Plumbing had a few issues leaky tub faucet and took 5 minutes to get warm water in the shower, super short stay. The hotel was very clean, well kept and quiet. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

就在75号高速公路旁。早餐以美国标准来说还算不错。他们甚至还有游泳池和热水浴缸。我们很乐意再来。
