We have stayed here a lot, it’s our favorite place. Lately it has gone down hill alot. Will give it another chance though.

Second floor water side good view and bed was better. Still didn’t have eggs for breakfast as was told. Clea but needing the updates that are coming. Loved the water views outside and park. The bridge is beautiful at night.

This hotel is situated on a small island on the Columbia River. It has a maritime vibe, with a Coast Guard facility across the street and with views of a marina, boats, barges, and multiple bridges. At least two good restaurants are within 200 feet of this hotel. While it’s nothing fancy, its room prices are totally reasonable and it was clean with a good bed and a good shower.

Clean, can’t wait to see the much needed remodel. We were told we’d have eggs unfortunately no. Bed was hard. Loved being surrounded by the water! Employees very nice.

The room was clean. Bed was not as comfortable this time. They are in the middle of a remodel service was amazing. The breakfast was really good. The view was amazing.

Outdated, elevator felt super unsafe and the window over looking the river was covered in bugs and spider webs.

As for our elevators, they are up to date with it's permit and is serviced at least monthly. We are located on the river with a bunch a plant life. Unfortunately, that does come with pesky bugs. A good stay, clean spaceous rooms, VERY comfortable beds. Breakfast "buffet" was plain and limited but tended tk be friendly staff. For us, location was excellent as we attended a wedding 1 mile away. And close to the airport.
They are doing a huge renovation so 1/2 the hotel is closed. The exercise room and restaurant were closed. Probably should have disclosed this when we were making the reservation.
But again, what was open was fine for the reasonable price.
