There was a huge cockroach in our room as soon as we arrived. There was carpet in the room so as soon as the cockroach fell on the floor it blended in. Not sure where it went but I didnt stay to find out.

Run down and looks like they have no interest in making any repairs.. they are renovating and apparently have need bought out.. hopefully they fix it up.. it’s needed… parking lot had tenants hooking up with call girls and homeless around the property.. was so sad to see

Nice hotel. Need some upgrades but overall good place. Restaurant under renovation. But simple continental breakfast is included. Great views on the river especially in the evening bridge looks fantastic

They are renovating - it has a lot of possibilities. Like the location because it is off the main drag but close to the highways. Could use a real breakfast or just be smart about their breakfast choices. Their are a couple of food choices in walking distance

They charged me 300 in deposit claiming I smoked in the room when I didn’t I clearly went outside over 5 times that night

酒店回复: It appears that you not only extended for an additional night which was 145 plus tax but also had additional people in your room for the 1st night that was not apart of your prepayment which was an additional $30 plus tax. You were charged for the additional night plus the extra people which totaled after taxes was 203.78. No smoking fee was applied.

The room was comfortable and the staff courteous. Thought it was a fascinating hotel. The breakfast was a welcome surprise and loved the view and area to walk around the moorages. The only negatives were the remodeling closed off some of the hotel and the boat docks. There is also a train that must run on the other side of the river, which in itself isn't an annoyance if the trains wouldn't blow there horns all the way through!

It appears that the hotel is undergoing renovations to half of the building. We paid for a river view. The hotel grounds outside our window was littered with construction debris and garbage. We were there for a concert and came back at midnight and the parking lot was full of young kids in their cars just sitting there staring at us. The corners of the room were caked in dirt and dust. The shower head was broken and spraying out of the side onto the floor. The threshold between the bath and the bedroom had a piece of brown duct tape covering the gap between carpet and tile. One thin blanket and a bedspread that was basically just another sheet. We also paid for a single king bed and got two queen beds instead- that worked in our favor since we used the other blanket and bedspread to stay warm. Even with the heat set to 74 and kicking on and off every 30 seconds it was still freezing. To top it off, as we were getting ready to leave, I looked under the bed (big mistake) and had a large spider jump out from under the bed skirt. I’m all for avoiding the big hotel chains or home sharing sites but good lord!!! This place was just nasty and neglected. On checkout, the receptionist was polite but was not very interested so I didn’t waste a lot of time.
I am not someone who leaves reviews, I usually just suck it up and avoid making the same mistake but… seriously avoid this property if you can. I did take pics of this dumpster fire if anyone cares.

We do have a security company that patrols the island periodically and kicks out unwanted guests. Our blankets are located in between the two top sheets, but we are more than happy to provide another if needed. Our property does not carry king sized beds (unless its a suite), are rooms come with 1 or 2 queens, either river or non-riverside. Our location is on the river which does make it difficult to keep pesky spiders away but we do spray for them and use preventative measures to limit those unwanted guests. This motel was a high end motel , which that has changed, needs to be remodeled, furniture was old , the room had iron burns on the floor in more then one place, the breakfast was good had many varieties. I would rate it a 3 star .
