Not worth the cost of the room (Just under 500.00) even on Breeders Cup weekend. There is no insulation in the rooms and the guests above must have been wrestling or fell multiple time! At this price point I expected more luxury and better guests with hotel etiquette. I had to call to even find the location and where to park. Wasn't my cup of tea but front desk clerk Jenny was very friendly.

Quiet and cute but not very private
It was quiet and the room was nicely remodeled. The floor was a bit dirty, so my feet got some dirt on the sheets. And I asked if I could upgrade my room, the gentleman said it would cost $80 more but I felt over $300 was already steep for one night. The worst part was right outside my window was an open staircase to the alley. The gate is at the top of the stairs and there is a landing directly outside my window. I didn’t feel very safe traveling solo.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property itself is beautiful—well-kept, stylish, and relaxing. One of the highlights was the rooftop lounging area, which was the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset. Plus, the beach access was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Busy bar immediately adjacent to property. Secured parking for up charge. Room renovated and nice. Overall 3-1/2 star stay. Adequate but nothing special.
