Bed Bug Hotel
Was horrible!!! Bed bugs in the room. Caught one to show staff. They offered to move us to the next room. Left at 1109pm!!

Check I n fast & friendly. Room had comfortable beds & good lighting. Toilet in bathroom ridiculously low. Breakfast just ok. No real protein.

The tile baseboard in the bathroom was filthy! No carpeting in the room made it feel less homey. The refrigerator had heat coming from out the back and top, and the door didn't shut all the way, so food items didn't get above cool. At anout 2:30am some guys were talking out in the hall close to my room on first floor. They, or at least one, went in and out the door to the parking area right outside my room a couple of times. The chatter, not quiet whispers, went on until about 3:30am.

The room was well kept, the A/C worked great. The only thing we had an issue with was the fridge, it kept shutting off. So it ruined some of our food.

When we checked in and went to our room it was not ready. The 2nd night we were there, there was a party below us with loud music and nothing was dome. They never made up our room the 3 nights we were there. The toilet would continue to run for several minutes after and no one fixed it.
