Room was as low as I’ve ever been in for quality. Noise outside the room. The beds blanket was like a sheet. TV guide was wrong so I just watched 1 channel all three days.

The staff was courteous, the room clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Room 211 had a low-key distracting background noise, perhaps something electronic running, either next to or under the room; not sure where it was coming from.

Beds were super hard and there was hair everywhere. Refrigerator was so loud it kept me up during the night. The tv kept pixelating and we couldn’t watch a show. The pool was sludgy and disgusting, we did not use it. Won't be back.

The heater definitely worked well, had to turn it on then lower it as it got hot real quick! The desk area was a bit dirty, like it wasn’t fully cleaned as there were some sticky spots. Nothing a little water and washcloth couldn’t fix. Staff was super kind and always welcoming. Hotel was quiet for the vast majority. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, things to make your own waffle, some small cinnamon rolls, mini muffins and bread for toast along with grape jelly. There was a toaster and microwave. The only thing I wish there was in the room was a tv guide as it took a minute to find anything on the TV. I also can’t wait until I can stream things from my phone to TVs in hotels as there wasn’t much for movies when it came time for bed. But our experience was great! The smell was a bit off but wasn’t something terrible! Just nitpicky things here and there.
