The property is older but it is clean and quiet and the price is right for points (10,000 points per night). General manager, Jenna is especially accommodating and just a lovely lady. Breakfast is adequate — waffles, nice yogurt selection, links, premade eggs, biscuits & gravy. Packaged oatmeal would be nice addition. Would prefer newer, nicer, but the price was great so it was doable for 4 nights. Had double queen room - was glad to sleep on far side of beds because nightstand sides were too soft & a bit tired.

An extra blanket, and keep breakfast open till 10am. It is nice to be able to have an extra blanket and not have to call and ask for one in the middle of the night. Some people like to have the extra weight so it is very nice to be able to not have to wake up and go to the front desk

We stayed with our entire soccer team for a soccer tournament. The breakfast/conference room was perfect for the kids. We even did a video session post breakfast. The front desk was super helpful for any of our needs. We would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I have business in Pasco and have stayed here more than once. Everything is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to meet any needs we might have. I had to work in the room and it was spacious and very nice. We expect to return to Pasco, and this will definitely be the hotel where we will stay.

The warden like greeting was disconcerting. The front desk made us wait until 3pm to check in which wouldn’t be so bad but they were all but empty. Seems they could have found a room for us earlier. At 2:50 we checked in. The front desk personnel (person) made sure we knew our room didnt include breakfast at a whole $7.26. The room was adequate but definitely dated.

This hotel is clean and affordable, and sufficient for an evening stay. It’s located not far from the highway, and near numerous shops and restaurants The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the stay includes a complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here for a couple of months and the place is safe, clean and the breakfast is also very good. The Manager Janna is quick and approachable. Oyuki is also very efficent and would help you in any concerns that you have in the hotel. Definetely worth your money.

Friendly, kind and accommodating staff. Very clean facility, Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well, good lighting, loved the big towels, TV has lots of cable channels, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee and cups, table and chairs in good condition. Room has an iron and board, good size rooms too, good location, Enjoyed the hot and cold breakfast. I stayed 3 nights...I'd stay there again.
