I can’t believe you even charged a person for this room. The wallpaper was coming off, the carpet was dirty and snagged. The tub jets did not work.

traveled with pet and stayed in building 2. it had not been updated in years- carpet old and very stained, walls chipped, toilet seat chipped, ice machine not working, just very old and not well maintained. bed linens were very fresh and clean and beds were comfortable.

staff was friendly. some items showed signs of wear. but at least they were remodeling and apologetic about that.
环境有点吵
房间太脏了！椅子上都是不明污渍。浴室里一股尿骚味，马桶座圈和后面的墙上都是。
我订了两间房。其中一间达到了我对戴斯酒店的预期。另一间房的马桶坏了……冲不了水，地板上都是水。
我给前台打电话，他们答应会派人“过来看看”。当时没有其他空房了，我也找不到附近其他酒店的房间。
即使我又打了两次电话并亲自去前台，也没人来。前台工作人员只是道歉，说没有人手。
第二天早上，我向前台要退款。他告诉我他无权处理，但会转告给他的上司。即使是最宽容的标准，这都无法接受。一天过去了，我仍然没有收到任何回音。
大家千万不要订这家酒店的房间。

他们本来可以选择把我们安排到新一点的房间，但他们却把我们安排到了旧房间，地毯已经破旧不堪，墙壁也因为进水而变得潮湿……
优点是早餐种类丰富，如果你想吃的话，这里有很多种类的食物
不要住在这里，那里气味难闻，一切都很旧，难以置信这个国家竟然还有这样的住处。
酒店正在装修，不过还好。
