This place is extremely dirty and not at all like the website looks. The first room they gave us had a bed that literally had a huge hole in the middle of the bed. There was only one outlet that worked, and every time you tried to turn on the lights they would flicker like there was a bad connection

Room was broken into we were forced out of room physically by manager Marissa, staff member male, security armed , staff worker Yolanda refused to check me into a clean sanitized room telling me I can go elsewhere

This is an older property but has been remodeled. I especially like the split bathroom as I was traveling with a friend. The room was clean and easily accessible with outside entry to the room. I cannot tell you anything about the breakfast as Covid has changed all those aspects but there was a nice IHOP within walking distance. I would stay there again.

Not a comfortable stay no breakfast option just one muffin a one juice. Apparently their pool been out of service since 2020. Stains on my sheets. Toilet seat had cracks on It. Check in process took a long time only one person was working and no mobile check in. Also they don’t take 3rd party credit cards.

Evil mgmt. The rudest u can deal with and they work together to mk it hardd for you to book at other places on purpose.. Its sad to have seen how she handles Americans & even wen they speak nice she puts them out for oddest rzns yet lets OTHERS OF QUESTIONABLE CITIZENSHIP HAVE FREE REIGN ON THE PROPERTY.

The hotel charge my credit card an extra $100 for a deposit (which is normal). But after checking out with the room left in perfect condition the charge went through my card still and even few days later the deposit was still not returned.
