The room was mediocre. The temperature was chilly, cold air was coming out of the unit no matter how high we tried to turn the heat up. Would prefer to have an ice machine available.

This is 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room we had this time was street side and you could hear traffic on the 8th floor. Was not so pleasant when trying to sleep and loud cars revved their engines. Was disappointed at how little there was at the now City Center. When was Epi Center there were so many places to go. Kinda sad.

The hotel was decent overall; however, the rooms require some updating. Upon arrival, the bathroom light was not working and the toilet wasn’t functioning properly. We had to fix it ourselves, which shouldn’t happen during a stay

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was amazing. The location of this hotel was PERFECT as well. Super close to spectrum arena and plenty of stuff to do within a block. 10/10

The parking was the worst . The staff should let people know that the valet switch sites and i ended up paying 54.00 to self park which was crazy. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean . But yeah get that parking together

Really cool-looking hotel. Friendly desk staff. Valet parking surprisingly easy to deal with. Comfortable room. Room service would have been a nice option but oh well. Great diner just a few steps outside, and a short walk to the Blumenthal.
