Desk top was sticky, coffee maker was broken, air conditioning was not working properly. Window treatments were broken. Overall appearance is dark and dated.

Pros:
Perfect location 👍
Professional bartenders , very comfortable lounge/Room etc…. I will definitely come back to stay. Cool respectful staff 👍👍
Cons:
Not too impressed with the delayed time to recover my deposit. Most hotels release it right away.
Also, my room didn’t have a microwave which is odd because it has a refrigerator.

Clean , nice , only issue I had was parking , not enough signs to tell you where to go & im not from the area so I just parked in a parking garage that I paid for ( not sure if they had on site parking or not ) so definitely more signs to help others know where to go.

Although I went in circles for a while looking for the building lol everything is wonderful! Clean and friendly staff! Walking distance of good food! Will be returning in the future for sure!!

Thin walls
Location was great and the rooms were okay. But the walls were very thin. We were woken up by our next door neighbor past midnight. We heard their conversation and laughter. Fortunately, the room does come with ear plugs, I highly recommend using them if you’re trying to sleep.

Nice clean place to stay. Simple rooms. Once you figure out how to get in/out, it's a very convenient place to stay if you plan to walk around uptown

Love that it was dog friendly, but I wish there was more green space around the property... I also walked past the entrance a lot but the stay was pleasant.
