Our check-in clerk was friendly and fast. The room was very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The breakfast options were good for a motel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
Service was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us everytime we came in.
Didn't eat breakfast so can't critique that. Room was clean and very comfortable. Did have a bunch of paint that had come off the ceiling in the bathroom.
Very good location to everything.

While there is really nothing outstanding about this property, there's nothing really wrong with it either. It's quiet enough, clean enough, comfortable enough to use as a one-night stopover between Chicago and Nashville.
The pillows are half-sized pillows and have foam blocks inside. They were not what we'd use at home and not quite up to what I've experienced at other hotels. But they were ok.
The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated.... they've been repainted and touched up several times over the last ...20 years? Nothing was broken or non-functioning. There was no obvious lack of cleanliness ...it's just showing the wear that 20 years of patrons would subject it to.
The staff was very nice and courteous and the breakfast smelled great. We didn't get out of our room until just after 10:00 am so we didn't get to try it. (We rarely eat breakfast anyway)
Overall, we'd stay here again, but we're also going to check out some of the other hotel properties in the area just to see if any of them are better for less money.

Poor service. When I checked in (upon arrival), the receptionist answered no fewer than four phone calls, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes!

Upon arrival did not get room that was reserved even though 2 pets were identified when searching for pet friendly hotels. That said, staff friendly, room well situated, and pet friendly grounds.
以前总是会选Hampton Inn或Holiday Inn，这次看这家评分挺高就试了一下，果然不错。酒店应该开业很多年了，但改造的不错，不像其他一些乱改造酒店，这里改造的品质还不错，整体感觉很好！
除了冲凉花洒水比较小外，其他都很满意。
我曾多次入住这家酒店……很失望他们不再提供免费鸡尾酒时光了。
我认为这是我住过的最舒适、最干净的Best Western酒店。另外，工作人员很友善，清洁很彻底，我感觉很舒服。
