From the moment I walked in, Panel (Hostess) did what customer service is all about.. treated me with the upmost professionalism.. normally my reviews are based on cost, however this time, was different. My reservation was listed, took less than 5 minutes to hand me my key cards, and the place was more than I actually expected. New linens, pillows, place smelled like new, no distractions , disturbances and is the perfect reason I’m returning. Thank you knights Inn, you went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for it

Not good
My room this time didn't have a working fridge. Water for shower/tub was not ready to get warm. Was cold then finally got it to turn hot but it was too hot. Tv worked only part of the time. Normally i don't have issues when staying here.

Parking ok in front of rooms
But cars around lot to be desired room next door had tv on all nights both nights paper thin walls carpet had stains all over towels really thin didnt take any pictures forgot to complain to man in charge when we check out didn't acknowledge anything we said

There was no breakfast or even coffee and they advertised a breakfast. Leak in tub that got floor of bathroom wet all night

King mattress not real comfortable. Someone outside had a loud car running for an hour. My water shut down for an hour 1/2. Couldn’t connect to WiFi. I tried but couldn’t. Won’t stay again.

Terrible - refund would be appreciated
So many problems...toilet took an hour to refill after a flush, carpet damp and dirty, bathroom light/fan noisy and bugs inside, bed creaked whenever someone turned over, tub pad dirty, ice machine no longer on site, pool closed and messy, stairwells falling apart, desk clerk did not follow up about slow toilet as promised, tv didn't work, sink faucet sprayed everwhere, water was leaking on the bathroom floor between tiles.....

泳池坏了，制冰机也坏了。我们一行四个人，却只够一个人用的毛巾，而且根本没补充过。还好我们以为能游泳，自己带了毛巾。我们住了四天，只见过一次客房服务，而且他们还无缘无故地又刻薄又粗鲁。我真不推荐这家酒店，如果你非要住，记得带上你可能需要的所有额外物品。太让人失望了！
