No shower curtain so asked for a different room. That room also had no shower curtain and smelled of smoke. Clothing hanger is falling out of the wall, bobby-pins on the floor, and an alarm goes went off for 10 minutes at 4:00 .

There were no human being available for check in. They had a person on a video who could barely speak audible English, which made the check in extremely difficult and very frustrating. In addition, the room tv was barely audible. I went to the video monitor to speak with the attendant who told me there was no one at the hotel to fix the problem. I will never stay at a Rodeway Inn again.

The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.

There was hair on the bed and residue on the side of the fridge. The sheets were stained, and the interior of the fridge appeared not to have been cleaned. The hotel kiosk was unhelpful, and there was a lack of in-person assistance. One staff member seemed to avoid direct interaction and was not fulfilling his responsibilities. The keys malfunctioned twice. The moisture bags in the room were full, contributing to a musty smell. The hallway had an odor of cigarette smoke. Showers were not optimal, as the tub was unclean, and there was no water pressure. Barefoot not advisable due to the poor conditions.

Difficult to check in. Could not understand the person on the kiosk????????!!! The room smelled, I have allergies had to have windows open to breathe. My husband saw bugs crawling across sill into a home. The shower was slimy, hair dryer was sticky to touch. Needless to say we will not stay at one of these hotels again.

I have never been greeted by a machine.in fact we weren't greeted. Machine was making horrible loud noises. Frequently. receipt was printed it said checkout at 1200 hrs. Gal said 11:00. Husb asked why the difference. Gal ignoring him. Finally said it's 11. Wasn't a prob for us, just wanted to know whyl. She just kept saying11. Worse yet only rm up r down. I can barely stand much less walk but she offered us no choice no elevator. Very painful to get to room. Then entire carpet in room was wet. Very bad experience I really think we deserve our money bk.
