Sink drained exceptionally slowly and our feet got firty walking across the floor and kiosk check-in was pathetic.

Difficult to check in. Could not understand the person on the kiosk????????!!! The room smelled, I have allergies had to have windows open to breathe. My husband saw bugs crawling across sill into a home. The shower was slimy, hair dryer was sticky to touch. Needless to say we will not stay at one of these hotels again.

The price was good. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I have never been greeted by a machine.in fact we weren't greeted. Machine was making horrible loud noises. Frequently. receipt was printed it said checkout at 1200 hrs. Gal said 11:00. Husb asked why the difference. Gal ignoring him. Finally said it's 11. Wasn't a prob for us, just wanted to know whyl. She just kept saying11. Worse yet only rm up r down. I can barely stand much less walk but she offered us no choice no elevator. Very painful to get to room. Then entire carpet in room was wet. Very bad experience I really think we deserve our money bk.

From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. It was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed—both queen beds were covered in hair, and the pillows smelled like sweat. This is completely unacceptable.
While the bathroom was in decent condition, the overall cleanliness of the room was far below any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, there was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. This is not just careless—it’s a serious hygiene issue.
How can you operate a business with such poor attention to cleanliness? Every guest deserves a clean, fresh space upon arrival. This experience was not only disappointing—it was unsanitary and unprofessional.
I expect a prompt response and appropriate action regarding this matter.

At age 77 & being a Baby Boomer, we like a Human checking us in ' not a Kieosk robot. And..he was a foreigner and it was hard to understand him!!!

Room needed renovation and repair
The hotel was ok for an overnight stay, but the bathroom needed repair. The tub was badly stained and sink caulk was dirty and damaged. On the upside, the large refrigerator was an unexpected plus. Floors were carpeted and it would be better to replace with a hard floor.
