Room was ok. Not dirty but not exceptionally clean. Pride in maintenance and repair was lacking. Not matching paint color for repairs, crack in almond colored tub repaired with white caulk. Some mold spots in shower. Toilet was clean and sheets were clean but carpet in the room was stained here and there. Bed was comfortable and room temperature was good. Breakfast buffet was good with a good variety of options.

I enjoyed the staff, Suzy was very informative, genuine and caring. The distance from the University is a plus. However, it needs to be updated. It had no usb plugins, lighting in the bathroom was dim, the bathroom had no fan so the room stayed muggy. The room itself smelt like mold.
