This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. To start, there was no WiFi for the entirety of my stay. The hallways were littered with stains and looked gross. They claim to have a 10 point cleaning process but none of it was followed. The showers were filthy, there was dried up blood on the door, and the towels looked like they were barely cleaned. And to top it off, the free breakfast was just prepackaged muffins and coffee in a small dirty little room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Our two day stay was great , customer service was awesome, the room we stayed in was cold just like we like it room was cleaned Front office attendance was very friendly as well ... could use a Lil more hot water temp for shower use but over all very satisfied Will stay again soon ty

This hotel was the most poorly maintained that I have ever been in. Unless you are otherwise homeless, please pay a little more and get rooms that are at least partly clean, with functional toilets, showers, and smoke alarms. Shame on the people that own this property.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Parking lot had trash, lobby was dirty and staff not very interested. 3 people in line and one staff left for the day as I was checking in. The Staff lady who was left had only just started a few weeks ago and did not know how to check the person in who was in front of me. She tried her best. Got me checked in and said I had to leave my ID with her and go check out the room. 1st Room smelled of smoke so I went back and got another room. After getting in the room, noticed no dishes or silverware. TV did not work, Remote was for a different brand of TV. Plugged in the TV and went to the lobby and she had to call someone to tell her where the remotes were. I had to change battery since it had a screw and she had no screwdriver. Went back to the room, and tried to shower after a long drive. Ceiling in bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling, door to the bathroom had gotten wet from some previous guest due to the shower curtain was not long enough to block the water and so had caused the door to get wet. Door had swollen and now was too tight to close easily since it was rubbing on the floor. Exhaust fan was so covered in dirt that it barely ran. Water was luke warm and no pressure - could not easily wash the shampoo out of my head. Bed had one very thin white cover and sheet and squeaked with any slight movement. Room was very well used (moderately clean) and the sofa bed had tears in the brown fake leather upholstery. As I went to unload my car, noticed all the door leading out had rocks placed in the door jam so that the doors would not fully close - I removed rocks from 3 exterior doors to try and help with safety/security since all guests should have a key that would open the doors with key card reader. Room was right on the access road to I35 in Austin and was very noisy with traffic - not the hotels fault - but just be aware. Grab and go breakfast had coffee and hot water and some muffins, but that was it. Was supposed to stay longer, but left after one night.

我一到那层楼,就看到到处都是施工现场——油漆、地上的纸,一片狼藉。房间里有两台空调:一台完全不工作,另一台冷得要命,根本没办法调节。房间紧邻高速公路,所以噪音非常大。所有的火警警报器都被拆除了。大部分灯都坏了,床头柜上的灯也不见了。浴缸很脏。
整个房间弥漫着血腥味,三扇大门被石头堵住了。
我只是需要一个休息的地方,但这是我经历过的最糟糕的体验。我迫不及待地想离开,最后提前退房了。

房间还行,不过我看到了一只蟑螂,所以可能有点小虫子。看起来里面有虫子,但外面没有。有人在停车场大声播放音乐,但那是晚上,晚上他们就把音乐关了。我不会再住在这里了,但工作人员很有礼貌,很友好。对不起,我不喜欢虫子。不,Buena!
