50/50 on cleanliness and customer service. The first night my room had a lot of random hairs on the pillows and towels. The man who checked me in did not seem welcoming or friendly. I ended up staying a second night but needed to change to a different room due to my last minute decision. The girl at the front was very helpful, friendly, courtesy. She gave great customer service. The second room felt cleaner. No random hairs or spots on the towels or bedding.

非常漂亮的酒店，我很喜欢。
点评里说有室外泳池，但实际上没有。前台员工态度很差，酒店位置不好，景色更差，而且噪音很大，就在高速公路旁边。
入住体验非常棒！床总是很舒服。办理入住的工作人员非常友好！早上6点，值班人员确保早餐一切准备就绪（我习惯早起）。总而言之，我非常喜欢这里，很快就会再来！
这是我近期第二次入住这家酒店。我很喜欢这里的员工和房间。唯一的小瑕疵是两次入住时二楼的制冰机都坏了，不过除此之外一切都很好。我肯定还会再来的。
