The room was neglected. There were so many bugs, it was disgusting. I requested an accessible room and was not provided a shower that was was accessible as reserved.

I was suppose to pay $209 when i booked a year ago (2024) and they charged me $770 instead and refused to reinstate my original rate. They blamed a system reset error on my booking being cancelled but did not tell me ANYTHING until the day I arrived to San Bernardino and noticed my stay was cancelled. Check your booking status the day of the stay because they cancelled mine less than 24 hrs before. They refuse to communicate and help, either pay the new price or be screwed. They do this to people constantly who are coming for events at the NOS and booked ahead of time. Make sure you file a dispute with your bank and show proof of your original rate and date. I was able to get my money back from my bank after reporting them. They’re a bunch of con artists and grifters. They’re extremely rude and fake asf. Unhelpful and their rooms are nasty and infested with roaches. God knows how this place stays open. They will do ANYTHING to try and charge you extra when you check out. Accused someone else who was checking out of having additional people in their room which was false. Be careful with them. I will never stay with them again, I rather pay $600 for an airbnb and $200 for ubers.

QUITE A PHENOMENON STAY TO GET TO EXPERIENCE.
My stay was quite a nice experience and I really appreciated the fact that the beautiful couple that runs the business has proven to show quite the most wonderful hospitality I have even gotten to see from any of my past stays in all of my past experiences at any hotel that I’ve stayed in the past years, it was quite phenomenal and beautiful to get a chance to meet and actually get to see with my own two eyes.

When I get to the Inn they said they didn’t have a reservation for me. I told them I booked it through ******* and it took a while for them to find it.
The room smells awful, the bathroom had mold and I killed two roach.
On Saturday 5/24/25 the parking lot was full with police trying to arrest customers above me.
On Sunday 5/25/26 when I returned to my room in the evening I was flooded out by the room above me.
The management was not very courteous.
I will never go back to that place

The floor was dirty the tube was nasty, the blanket were stain so bad, the room smell like pee. Book because it said he had a pool there was no pool on the property.

Terrible. Filthy. ********** in parking lot ... Bedbugs everywhere. Deposit required but not posted anywhere and remote missing. DONT STAY HERE. ANYTHING CAN GO WRONG THIS IS WHERE ITLL BE. NO ICE NO AMENITIES

It started off with a minor billing issue .But by the second day it was taken care of with lil hassel . The staff treated me like family . And that is what hospitality is about. The property is in downtown san Bernardino . Excately were i need .

This hotel was ok. We did have a place to sleep in. We only needed the hotel to sleep in for 8 hours after a wedding. Wedding venue was 1 block away which was a plus. The location is in a sketchy area. Only way to get to it is by driving in to the gas station, passing the abounded restaurant. My daughter was walking around with socks in room and after 5 minutes, her white socks were filthy. The towels had weird gray spots on them and not enough bedding
