This place was horrible. The room had cockroaches!! Yuck! And extremely noisy. Multiple other rooms were very loud all night, yelling and partying all night until 4am could be heard, I could not sleep!!! In the room above me I could hear dancing, yelling, wrestling, and people talking very loud all night long until 4am!!!. This place was terrible! One of the worst places I’ve ever been.

The check in desk person had zero customer service skills. Barely grunted out any sentences at all. If you are going to work a front desk, try be like a lead singer in a band, happy and there for the people paying them. That guy....
The room was stuffy at check in and Smokey. Not from someone smoking, but from the fires burning outside nearby. Perhaps leaving the window closed would be a great idea during times when fires are nearby.
The hotel was noisy with people slamming their doors constantly.
No repeat business from me.

I travel as a solo woman for work, and i got into the hotel after 11pm. The clerk announced my room number to me in front of other guests which didn't make me feel safe. When i got to my room i saw it was the type that had the adjoining room doors. On the other side of those doors the room was filled with what sounded like very drunk men laughing. I figured they'd calm down soon since it was late, and fell asleep. I was awoken by them being even more rowdy to the point of bashing into the wall and moving my bed. Based on what i heard from their fighting/laughing that had gone on at least from 11pm-230am, I felt that asking them to stop would have endangered my safety. The clerk said there was really nothing they could do but issue a noise complaint that really didn't come with consequences. The bathroom in my room didn't seem like it had really been cleaned, just staged (hair on the toilet seat) and the microwave had a strong food smell and a broken handle. The tv wasn't connected to the cable box so it just flashed "not connected." I left the property at 230am and drove home until 6am on the adrenaline that i had from staying here.

The property is very conveniently located to visit all the neighboring and local sites. The places does need to be renovated. I have stayed here off and on for years and some of the rooms have been a little rougher than others. On a good note the staff has always addressed any concerns if I had any.

The staff was great and even held my bike in reserve for me as I wanted to be a tourist after camping in the area for several days. Would definitely return

Our room was filthy. There were burns through the curtains and stains everywhere. After turning down the sheets and seeing a BLOOD STAIN on the mattress cover we laid our own blankets on top of the provided bedding and slept on top of everything. Everything about the room needed renovated. Drywall patches that were unfinished, huge scrapes out of the linoleum. Trash piles outside of the window. Not a good stay at all.
