Washing amount was way too much dryer didn't even dry out clothes I had to pay 400 for one load disappointed and

Our room had many cockroaches.
Every time we left our room we encountered homeless people asking for money. Both on n off the property.

It was sopose to be a non smoking room and smell terrible i went to lobby gave me another room next to it and was worst the sheets were burn with wholes and there was roaches hairs and dusty room

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel.
It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue.
Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about.
The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell.
All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care.
Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained.
“I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.”
I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower.
The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in.
Stay away from this place.

This property was horrible I didn’t get to stay there as I asked the employee for a refund the rooms were exaggerating smelling like tobacco and the other room they gave us was full of roaches as well as cigarettes smell even there’s a sign of no smoking allowed I want a full refund.

Worst hotel in the San Bernardino
The two ladies were really rude upon checking me in. Then they said if I didn’t give them a $40 cash deposit, they wouldn’t give me my room. They stereotyped me big time cuz of my tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also! The room had roaches inside.

literally the worst hotel I've ever been to
- My deposit was not returned. I neither broke rules nor damaged anything.
- Mouse poop everywhere
- No hot water
- Floors covered in dirt and other people's hair on arrival
- Bedding smelled of mildew and had lots of stains.
-Advertised tub and pool but provided no stopper and pool was closed due to health code violation.
- Made reservation & paid for 4 people. They tried to insist we should only get 2 towels.
- Vending machines all broken
- No bedside lamps, only extremely bright overhead light
- Very transphobic manager

No hot water, dirty floors, bed sheet burned with cigarette holes, noisy people hanging around in the middle of the night outside on the walkway, Air conditioner made bad odor, room reaked of excessive air freshener. I will be charging back on my credit card.
