We have stayed in this hotel almost every weekend for about 2 months, but have recently decided to go somewhere else for our stays. While most of the staff is very pleasant to deal with, that isnt the case with all of the staff. Theres one night person in aprticular, skinny with black hair and glasses, who acts like having to do the job she is paid for is beneath her. Very little communication skills, rude demeanor to paying customers, and little to no situational awareness. The rest of the staff, very pleasant and always accommodating to everyones needs. But it only takes one person to spoil the experience. Other than that the hotel was always great to us. There are a few minor things here and there but all in all a really great property to stay at, and some of the nicest rooms available in lewisville. Would highly reccomend getting actual blankets for the beds tho lol

Roaches all over.
Night stand corroded.
Tv stand corroded.
No microwave. Asked old man in charge. He said no microwave available.
Big white spots all over carpet, looks like old vomit.
Restroom ceiling, black mold, then 2nd day leaking from top room. Asked to be moved, no reply. Old man in charge said no. No refund. On my 3rd night, young lady calls, they move me.
Too late, I was checking out the following day. I already inhaled everything. I had to wash all my uniforms at laundry mat prior to arriving home. I felt itchy for several days.
The worst hotel I’ve ever been at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless if it was free!!!

Room was kinda gross. Extra lock on door barely worked. Asked them to change rooms and they said they would fix it and they didn't. Fire alarm went off at midnight one night for no reason.

Bed was Stiff tub stained, drain in bathroom sink drain slow. Gym was poor treadmill was not working. Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room or refresh. Our towels. Bathroom hadn’t been swept room did not look like it was vacuumed before we arrived. Room was smelly. Deadbolt was also broken. Located right next to a loud noisy gas station that is very active at night.

The room gave my daughter and myself a rash when we entered. We didnt get a chance to sleep because we felt it was the room being dirty. It seemed someone was there before us and the floor was not maintined clean. The room was filled with warmth that we could not described, even though the air conditioning was on the atmosphere was not pleasant.
Only thing great about this place was the lady that helped us. Give her a raise. But this place needs a remodel.

The sheets on the bed had holes in them and the room was dirty. I wiped down the chair before I sat in it and it was very dirty. Overall there doesn't appear to be any upkeep on the facility
