Hotel needs to be gutted and rebuilt
Terrible smell in the room, the smell was like old wet carpet that it wasn't dry properly. Shower will make Terrible noise when turned on. Bed sheets didn't feel cleaned yuck. Floor where badly clean they even felt sticky. When undoing the bed my daughter found a nasty dirty tissue paper underneath the bed sheets. Terrible. Staff was friendly but Terrible hotel condition bathroom floors cracked, desk lamp old/ corrosion and bathroom doors broken

I was about to stay at the property this past weekend and the room was in terrible condition, and after promptly going down right after check in and asking for a refund so I can get ready for a function, they denied even after the condition of the terrible condition of the room, telling me I would have to contact who I booked with and ignoring their calls for over an hour.

Upon check-in, i was charged additional fees. My family checked into the room and found a large sticky substance on the carpet. We found the refrigerator in our room did not seal properly and the items did not stay cold. Our shower had a hand rail that was very loose and coming off the wall. The AC unit was not very cold despite the temperature setting.

It was in a good location BUT it wasn’t clean at all it was a old urine stain on the mattress cover I showed the manager carpet was dirty and STICKY the picture on the website was NOT ANYTHING ALIKE and when you called the front desk they NEVER ANSWERED I HAD TO CALL ON MY CELLPHONE AS a person wanting to reserve a room to get anyone

The place is very run down. Sheets were dirty, room was not cleaned properly, restroom looked liked it had not be cleaned, restroom light didn’t work. Obvious signs of corrosion because of humidity in rooms.

房间里的插座、有线电视都不能用,室内泳池也坏了。床也不舒服,只有薄薄的床单盖着。早餐一般般。室内泳池停用是最让我失望的,我就是冲着它才选的这家酒店,而且酒店里还有股难闻的味道。
酒店很脏,外面的灯不亮,走进酒店时很不安全,人们在大楼里吸烟,前台工作人员的心情很糟糕,客户服务非常差,我们无法留在酒店并退房,我们走进房间,闻起来很难闻,卫生间看起来好像以前使用过没有清理过,垃圾桶里仍然有垃圾
