Remodeling the main floor but the rooms were updated and fresh. Love the lighting accents and number of outlets and chargers. Dad and linens were very comfortable.

Everything was satisfactory - except maybe the breakfast but I’m never really happy with the breakfast unless there’s biscuits and gravy and bacon

For a hotel undergoing a lot of construction, the staff did really well and we weren’t bothered by the noise at all. A few snagging issues, but they are making a good job of the refurbishment

I booked this hotel because I had a near by wedding in Hermann. Upon arrival, I noticed that the front entry was blocked with caution tape. I was directed to utilize a side entry that was taped unlocked to go to check in however, when walking into the lobby I had to go back and walk around to the other side of the building where the side door was held ajar with a cardboard box. This obviously gave me an unsafe feeling. Once checked in, and worker from the tile company "unasked" brought us to our room on the second level, and walked my wife and I to our room. No one asked him to do this but he had been told what room we were in from the person at the desk. Upon entering the room, my wife put her bag on the bed and noticed that there were brown marks on the white comforter. At this point we decided that we would leave. We booked through ******* and we were told that we could not get a refund, however I am still working directly with Comfort Inn to get a refund. Worse hotel experience I have ever had.

The biggest problem is that basically the whole first floor is under construction. We are on the second floor which isn't under construction but when we arrived they were doing the tile work downstairs so almost the whole area was taped off and I had to kind of find my way to the front desk from one side of the building and then back out and around to the other side of the building to get to the elevator to get to the second floor. The room is fine but the initial kind of shock when I pulled up to the front to find it inaccessible was a bit aggravating. I understand that remodeling had to be done from time to time and I'm sure it'll be nice when it's done. We just had the unfortunate timing of arriving when you pretty much can't access the first floor.

Very nice clean hotel, nice breakfast. Easy check I and check out. I will stay again.
The view from our window was a dirty parking lot behind the hotel, not the hotels fault but kinda creepy.

The free breakfast was excellent. We are taking a roadtrip from CA to FL, and this is the best breakfast out of 8 hotels so far. The pillows were perfect - not over- filled, really comfortable.
