Room was fine overall. Bed very comfortable. It was hot in the room. The only way to get cool air was by laying in the bed next to the air conditioner. Anywhere else in the room was hot. NO hot water in the shower. Old faucet - hard to turn, so I don't think it was turning all the way to the hot setting. No tissues in the room - just used toilet paper. No shampoo - just bar soap. I would probably stay again - but will check the condition of the shower faucet before accepting the room.

ROACHES!!! in the bathroom . I turned the light on in the middle of the night and a BIG roach went scurring across the top of tub . Couldn't check out for i had no where to go in the middle of the night..and i wasnt going to sleep in my car in the phoenix area. I hate roaches!!! But other than that, the place was ok and the swimming pool area was clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a camper parked on the side of the alley, looked like the unhoused, there was very limited parking with signs that say they are not responsible for vehicles. I witnessed 2, which looked like substance users, that sounded like they live there. We were moved to 3 diff rooms, the A/C could not cool down the room. There were roaches in the tub. The door lock was messed up. We even paid $25 for early check in, just to leave 4 minutes after check in time. When we brought up the issues the lady at the front desk said the GM would understand and refund us the next day, since she was new, she couldn't issue refunds. I tried calling every day for the next 2 weeks and got the run around. The manager hung up in my face, and then the GM was in "another country" I would say DO NOT waste your time or money here. It is unsafe, and disgusting. Nothing like the pics show. We ended up leaving to another hotel
