We really found the property clean, comfortable and relaxing. The happy hour was nice, as well as the breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a nice stay, would definitely consider this location for the next visit to Austin.

Good hotel in a great location for both downtown and the airport.
Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the free breakfast and happy hour snacks and drinks were all good.
Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything you need in them.
Only downside was a fairly noisy a/c unit as instead of being on low all the time - it kicks in every time the temperature goes 1 degrees above your desired setting

A hotel very much in need of tender, loving, care.
Rooms are quite dark and dilapidated and the windows need cleaning.
The pictures on ******* do not represent the actual hotel and its current conditions.
Very expensive for what it offered.
On a plus side two very good restaurants within walking distance and the gentleman on the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The quietness and safeness of this hotel really appealed to myself and my daughter. We enjoyed being able to come back late in the evening knowing it would be safe to park and enter even though it was after midnight.

This hotel may be old, but it is very clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free evening snacks and wonderful breakfast are the icing on the cake.
