Thin walls - very noisy during the night. Hardly any walking space in the room. Showers have no pressure.

The staff were friendly and the hotel really did try. It's just older and harder to clean. It's kinda in a sketchy area, but it can't help that. Good value, get what you pay for.

The room could have been cleaner the sink was dirty the bench in the room was dirty. The room wallls were very thin.

I was placed in a room across from a room that had the beds in the hallway and a worker stapling base boards until 10 am. He was back at the noise by 9:00 am on a Sunday morning. I was way too tired to change rooms.
The rest was ok. It feels a bit tired, but also feels like they are trying to make things right. I would stay here again.

床上都是面包屑，浴室墙上有一块红色类似血迹的污渍。角落和踢脚线前面都有灰尘和污垢。我用房间电话（这部电话也挺脏的，听筒下面有面包屑和污垢）给前台打电话，结果立刻被搁置了12分钟。幸好房间里没发生紧急情况。入住和退房的工作人员倒是挺好的。早餐的牛奶是坏的。

我们一路上遇到了一些小插曲，好不容易才到达目的地，前台那位先生迅速帮我们解决了所有问题，非常热心。多亏了他，我们才能在清晨看到水晶河的海牛。谢谢！
每次来这里服务都非常好，客房清洁人员把房间打扫得非常干净，维修人员也做得非常出色，让一切都保持良好状态。
太棒了！非常棒的体验。
