Large lovely modern room. Everything is in perfect working order. Elevator is very responsive. Gorgeous location.

Everything was great! The young man at the front desk was super nice, polite, and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area and breakfast also great. We had a super experience and will definitely return when we're back in town again.

Availability and service
It was located close to Hubbard Hill, which was my destination, stop #1. Stop #2 was South Bend, so that was a close pick up for my brother to get me.
I left my therapeutic seat cushion, in my room, at check-out, and when I called the next day, it was there for me. I was very relieved.

The rooms are old and dirty. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows are the smallest I’ve seen at a hotel. They’re square throw pillows.

The property is not located to any restaurants and remote. The staff tried to charge a 50.00 fee for early check in when I called night prior asking and on phone said if available no problem. When I pressed issue he said well I don’t have a room ready but I stated you still want to charge a 50.00 fee? We asked for supervisor then he said 25.00 charge. I clarified do you have a room or not? He then back tracked and said I have one. So he tried to overcharge and lied. Room is dated and had an odor. Not worth 300/night and 39 min from ND stadium. Not worth it

Good stay
The room was big. The breakfast area was nice & comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. They did not have water available as a beverage and only had flavored hot teas.

Absolutely an AMAZING stay! We booked last minute and couldn’t been happier. From our check-in person to all the staff,they made us feel right at home. Our room was very comfortable, CLEAN, and more than accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and quite the variety. We will DEFINITELY be stay here again!!!
