I chose this hotel based on the reviews and rating but I was not pleasantly surprised. The room was okay but it could have been cleaner. The curtains were dirty, there were clearly dirt from people opening them with their hands and not the poles, which is easy to clean because the curtains are like plastic. The linens were very dull, it made them look dirty and so did the towels. The wall paper was peeling in some areas. It was like they had a filter on when they took the pictures. The room and carpet looked very dated. I would not stay there again but it wasn’t that bad just not for me. Oh and to future customers if you bring your children PLEASE help them with their food selection. There was this little boy 5-6 y.o that burnt himself on the waffle maker AND came back to the cereal station and sneezed all over the cereal container without covering his mouth. As the mom and dad were sitting down eating… that was so disgusting.

Breakfast was good. Pillows were too small for king bed (more like couch throw pillow size). Pool and Hot tub were great. Water fountain in pool area did not work. Staff was friendly and helpful as they did try to get us "better" pillows, but they did not have stock of any bigger pillows.

Workers were kind and attentive. The location was perfect for a quick drive to Notre Dame. Our tub didn’t drain very well and there were some stink bugs on the curtain when we first arrived. It’s the time of year they come in the house though so I made sure the window was closed completely and got rid of the couple inside. Plenty of towels and the bed was nice and clean. Would stay here again given the price.

Was told our rooms were by the family we traveled with and on different floors. The hot tub was broken. No shampoo or conditioner or any items like that in the room. Very clean though. Weird square pillow.
