Had a cockroach run across room and they wouldnt move me to new room nor refund after I left in the middle of the night

Room is what I would expect for price. The tub and shower was very nice with good pressure and lots of hot water. There were some stains on floor and on chair not worse I have seen. Overall nice stay.

This hotel is a little older and showing some wear and tear but the room was clean and the staff was great and the breakfast was excellent.

我们到达时，比“入住”时间晚了两个小时，房间还没准备好！我们得找个地方，所以时间非常宝贵。前台找了其他选择，但都找不到。我们不得不在大厅等了15分钟，等房间整理好。最后一切都解决了。酒店比较老旧，但位置很好！只是需要一个睡觉的地方，所以这个选择很合适！
房间太糟糕了，地毯很脏，闻起来有湿狗的味道，而且浴室里还有霉。
我把这些意见告诉了现场代表。
我毫无感情地开了处方。
