Very happy overall with with room, amenities, and the staff is super friendly. My only area or improvement is the lighting in the bathrooms (which high is obviously a big one :/)) which is like a hospital fluorescent light. It is not a good lighting to get ready in. Other than that great property.

We have booked at this hotel twice already, the first time was a great experience, friendly staff, quite nights, and great area, walking distance for food and shops. Booked here thinking it would be the same.. Noo... this time there was drunks being so loud that it was hard to sleep. They gave us a room right next to the exit, 2am in the morning people were slamming the door, yelling and screaming so loud it was ridiculous. Called down to talk to the staff and complained.. she recommended juat going back to sleep . Okay how can we do that with slamming doors and yelling. Then we were laying in bed and a guy was yelling at a female they were fighting in the stair wall mind you door was open we can see what was happing thur the peep hole.. not sure what escalated there argument but something did.. and yet these too yahoos yelling screaming fighting.. he slaps her.. then walks away and back down the stairs.. we called the front desk to let them know whas ia going on again.. her reponse. MA'AM i suggest you go back to bed and worry about your bussiness... oh and when they tell you to park on 2 and 3 for the floors for your car.. good luck cause there was so many people with out a parking pass in the aloft parking. When you call to ask where to park they just say good luck.. staff dont care and it dont help that this place is all around DRUNKS. and people that think being loud is okay

住得挺好，房间很干净，设施也不错。
位置很好。干净又友好。
我们发现他们没有打扫我们的房间，这太糟糕了，当我们去询问时，他们告诉我们他们每隔一天打扫一次，但是在我们入住时他们从未告诉我们这件事。
