酒店回复: Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Since this is an Extended stay hotel we offer service only once a week depending on what floor is your room. Also, we do not discriminate any color or religion. Your incidental deposit is still with us at the hotel for both the rooms which you can come pick it up as there was no damage in the room neither did you smoke in the room. Our lobby hours are 8 AM - 1 AM so you might have checked out before our front desk opened at 8 AM.
