The place was very clean which is why I gave the 2 rate but the beds need to be replaced they feel like straight wire we paid for two nights and only stayed one

Room felt very neglected broken heat/ac. Most needs unavailable. Very noisy not a good place to try and get some rest. The staff is friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay again after my last experience.

Only 1 bath towel and 1 pillow in the room. Yucky and nasty. No sleep because of rowdiness outside. I should have known. Oh and no convention center. It’s boarded up

Shower had mold and the water runs on the floor and mirror had some paint that wasn't r removed bed had no comforter
Staff very respectful and very helpful and accommodated to the best of their abilities cleaning ladies very helpful and nice the price of the room should be lowered

Room had no blankets, not enough pillows, toilet stopped working in the morning, sheets had burn holes in them, and the mattress was terrible. It felt unsafe. Staff was friendly. It was only an overnight and we were glad for that.

The room stunk of cigarettes, the shower was filthy, the window curtain was broken and could not be closed. Walked in, walked out. At least the girl at the counter was super sweet and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. She was great.

ZERO STARS if I could! The rooms were horrendous. I reserved two connected rooms non-smoking before hand and when we arrived we didn’t get it. Kept an opened mind and it was just for two nights. Only gave us two towels and 2 wash cloths for 6 people. One room had a tv and phone while the other had a non working tv and no phone. The room has cockroaches everywhere!!!! The rooms are dirty- stains on the beds, pillows, bathroom, walls, and towels. Nothing there looks like it was ever cleaned. To be there with two small kids I would not recommend. Someone kept knocking at the door at 1am. Could hardly sleep at night especially with a baby overall and kept one light on all night. Never again!

The room was dirty. The towels and the bed sheets were dirty. The room smell like cigarettes. Shower was clogged. The room key stop working half way through the stay and got told i was supposed to check out even tho I had 2 more night. The staff was rude. The motel look like a street corner cheap motel full of people walking around and drinking and smoking inside the room. Trash cans overflowing. We didn't feel safe someone try to open the door multiple times our last night and kept knocking and forcing the door. People were arguing and talking loud. Felt low quality. Definitely the worst experience we had in a hotel. Don't stay here.

房间很脏……走在地板上，脚都黑了。房间里没有垃圾桶。淋浴有热水，毛巾也干净。酒店有个游泳池，但我没用。门都破破烂烂的，包括主房间的门和隔壁房间的门。看起来像是被人撬开后随便用胶带粘了一下。隔壁房间的人很容易就能进出我的房间，反之亦然。这地方真让人不放心，感觉不安全！千万别来。
