One towel... No service at all... Had to beg for towels everyday they gave me 1 towels... This hotel is not for traveling guests... It's a crack hotel... Supposed to have microwave and fridge... Does not.... Back cement walk around pool is so slippery when wet I almost fell 3 times.... One ice machine for the whole building

I did not like the property. The lobby is locked and you check in through a window. No one is there early in the morning for early check out! Someone hit my car in the parking lot. It was a completely horrible experience. The bed bugs bit us so badly we didn’t return for the second nights stay! I e never been in a room without a mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker or hair dryer! Really wasn’t worth the price at all!

My room was flooded in the morning when i woke up. Notified staff. Returned much later in the day and no one knew anything about it. Was given another room. Key card didn't work. TV didn't work. Toilet was coming up off the floor.
And very noisy. Worst motel experience ever, and no one really seemed to care.

This was without a doubt the worst place we have ever stayed. The room we were given had bugs crawling on the floor and walls. The room was short pillows so I went back to the front desk to get more and was told they didn’t have access to pillows, that housekeeping could bring some in the morning. WHAT? What good does getting pillows in the morning do? Then we attempted to shower only to find 1 towel in the room. This was a double room, 2 beds, sleeps 4. And we had 4. Back to the front I go and get the same response. Only housekeeping can get towels. So we go to sleep and plan on showering in the morning before check out. Call the desk in the morning and get told housekeeping doesn’t show up until 11. So how in the heck are we supposed to shower after check out time. This place was absolute trash, horribly dirty, no basic necessities and zero accountability for any of it. DO NOT STAY HERE

If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw two giant cockroaches and several spiders. When I first got there, they put me in a room that had not been cleaned. Poop in the toilet. No towels. Room smelled like smoke. No trash can or refrigerator, but that’s the lease of my concern with this place. Some outlets didn’t work. Staff was ok but extremely slow. DO NOT stay here!!!

Worst Hotel
The front desk was very nice, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room smelled of mildew, the walls and roof had stains and it looked like mold. I had booked the room for 4 people, there was 2 pillows and 1 towel. The beds had dirt and hair on them. I went to check out but front desk was very apologetic and gave us another room. The second room was better visually but still had dirty beds and 1 towel but 4 pillows this time. The room smelled of cigarettes but there was no other available hotels so my family and I decided to stay but we should’ve slept in the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND
我挺喜欢这家酒店的，就是前台区域有点异味，马桶也挺脏的。房间住着倒是挺舒服的。他们需要在房间里放微波炉和冰箱。
房间很脏……走在地板上，脚都黑了。房间里没有垃圾桶。淋浴有热水，毛巾也干净。酒店有个游泳池，但我没用。门都破破烂烂的，包括主房间的门和隔壁房间的门。看起来像是被人撬开后随便用胶带粘了一下。隔壁房间的人很容易就能进出我的房间，反之亦然。这地方真让人不放心，感觉不安全！千万别来。
