There were stains on the carpet and the elevator broke down leaving us to haul our bags down the stairwell. Wasn't happy.

Staff was wonderful. Beds were very uncomfortable, hard. We stayed three nights. Although, we don’t need room cleaned everyday staying, It would have been nice to have our coffee filled and not have to go get our own for the room. Or our own toilet paper, and ask for extra towels the third day. Also, did not appreciate money taken out of my account when I clearly stated in reservation I would pay on arrival. When I went to pay, it had already been processed, not okay.

Staff was great! Room was good overall, just had large stains on carpet. Little thrown off by a person sleeping in the landscaping next to my car as well. Overall, the stay was good.

Perfect stay in Ukiah
Clean comfortable beds, showers had great pressure, and entrance area had fresh baked cookies!
位置很好
地毯脏得要命，不穿拖鞋或袜子根本没法走动。如果不穿拖鞋，袜子都会被染黑。网上说酒店有游泳池，结果到了之后发现根本没有。前台接待员非常热情友好，也很乐于助人，这点我很满意。房间实在太脏了，我们到的时候他们刚打扫完。以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
他们谎称泳池已经停用，而且我入住九天期间只打扫过一次房间。我住的那两个晚上，电视都坏了。大多数员工都很热情友好，只有一位前台女士例外，她态度极其粗鲁，并非因为公寓的原因，而是因为我无家可归，她可能因此对我进行歧视。一位付费客人竟然受到如此对待，真是令人难过。
酒店的清洁度和早餐服务都很棒，但他们宣传有游泳池，但实际上并没有。而且电视有几个晚上出了问题，如果不是经理告诉我他们会“免费”给我住宿，这本来不会是大问题。我提出要求后，他们却反悔了，让我费尽周折才能通过预订网站获得。另外，前台一位工作人员非常粗鲁，让我非常不舒服。
