The wife and I stayed two days for the Ski Beach event in Ventor City.The staff was polite, check-in was fast and smooth. The surrounding area has a little to offer; a local Wawa, diners, restaurants, and plenty of gas stations. It's very close to the beach, as we were able to get there in less than 20 minutes. We stayed on the first floor in room 112, my only negative statement is in regards to the jetted tub. The pressure of the jets need to inspected. The stay overall was great, I'd rate it 4.5 of 5 stars.

It's dirty bed is sinking the breakfast is very poor the tea hot water is very dirty don't waste your money going there

Very nice Hotel. Staff was cool. Complimentary breakfast was good and there was plenty to do in the area. I'll definitely go back there

The bathroom had mold, the toilet smelled and had rings within it. The doors has chipped painting. The rugs needed cleaning.

The Juice machine was broke no problem but there was only orange juice available no water was available. No tissues in the room. The Gym didn't have any water available and there was no disinfect to clean the equipment before or after use.

Absolutely Terrible Experience, would Not Recommend. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my family’s stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. For $215 a night, I expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality, but this was far from the case.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the pull-out bed’s sheets had moderate-sized blood smears. When we called reception, instead of offering us a new room or sending someone to fix the problem, they told us to come down ourselves to get clean sheets. That set the tone for the stay.
When we tried to take a shower, the handle literally came off as we rotated it to start the water. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked, leaving us unable to charge our devices despite trying multiple outlets.
The hallways had a very odd, unpleasant smell. Breakfast was equally disappointing, I’ve had the same basic choices at other hotels, but here, the quality was terrible. The waffle batter was watered down, and when I questioned it, I was told “it’s normal.” Shortly after eating the waffles, my entire family experienced stomach problems.
I understand this is not a luxury hotel, but the least they can do is provide basic cleanliness, working amenities, and safe, decent-quality food. For the price we paid, we should have had a working shower, clean sheets provided to us (not the other way around), functioning outlets, and breakfast that wouldn’t make us sick.
I will not be staying here again and strongly suggest others look elsewher
